Eligibility
You may request a refund if you cancel in writing before the programme start date stated on your enrolment letter, or if Sensor Linkhub cancels the cohort and you decline a transfer. Corporate buyers may request a name substitution instead of a refund up to five working days before start, at no extra fee.
Timeframe for a full refund
Written cancellation received at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the start date qualifies for a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable items listed below. Notices sent after that window are assessed for a partial refund.
Partial refunds
If you cancel fewer than fourteen days before start but before week three of a live cohort, we refund 50% of tuition. From week three onward, live cohort fees are not refundable, because critiques and seat capacity have already been allocated. Self-paced Field Notes purchases may be refunded in full within seven days of first login if less than 20% of runtime has been played; after that, Field Notes are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Bank transfer fees charged by your bank, rush courier of printed workbooks (if ordered), and third-party conferencing add-ons billed at cost are non-refundable once incurred. Stewardship Circle architecture audits that have already been delivered (readout held or written report sent) are non-refundable even if remaining seats go unused.
Refund process
Email info@sensor-linkhub.digital with the subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, and whether you prefer transfer to a later cohort. You may also use the contact form and choose the refund topic. We acknowledge within two working days, Bangkok time.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are paid back by the original method where possible (same bank account or the channel named on the invoice) within fifteen (15) working days after approval. We do not refund in cash at the Bangphlat desk. Currency conversion differences on international wires are borne by the payer’s bank.
Cancellation by Sensor Linkhub
If we cancel for low enrolment or instructor unavailability, you choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next equivalent cohort. If we move a session by more than 48 hours and you cannot attend the new time, that session can be replaced by recording access or a proportional refund for that session only.
Exceptions
Serious illness or documented family emergency may be considered outside the windows above, at our discretion, usually as a transfer rather than cash. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may pause access to materials while we investigate. Statutory consumer rights under Thai law remain available where they apply and override this policy to that extent.
